Shipping policy
We believe shipping and returns should be simple and shouldn’t cost you anything. If you love it, we want you to have it. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We offer free delivery and returns, anywhere within South Africa, on all garments on our store.
International deliveries are charged at a flat rate of R600. This refers to the flat rate charged for international shipping, excluding duties and custom clearance fees that may be applicable, which are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
All orders are processed and dispatched with a courier within 24 hours of payment. You will receive your garment in 2-3 business days, or less.
If you’re in an outlying area, it may take a few days longer.
We commit to fulfilling all orders within South Africa in 7 business days or less, regardless of where you live.
CAN I TRACK IT?
Yes. You can track your garment as it makes its way to you.
When you complete your purchase, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email shows that your order is complete, and we’ve started processing it.
After your order has been processed (which can take up to 24 hours), you will receive an email with tracking information. This will contain a tracking number and a link you can use to track your garment.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
That depends on a few things. If you need to change your delivery address, get in touch with us at anthony@oldsport.co.za and we’ll do our best. Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to change it for you, but we can’t make any promises.
Once an order has been dispatched with a courier and is on the way to you, it becomes very difficult to change, so always make sure you double check your delivery address before placing your order.
CAN I RETURN IT?
If it’s not right, we’ll make it right. If you have an issue with one of your garments and you want to return it, get in touch with us at anthony@oldsport.co.za
Depending on the issue, we’ll advise on the best way to get the item back to us. If there’s a problem with the garment, like a manufacturing fault or you receive a different garment to what you ordered, for example, we’ll make sure you don’t have to pay a cent to make it right.
If you’ve purchased a garment in the wrong size or wish to exchange it for a different garment to your initial purchase, courier fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
OTHER SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES INFO
We make use of a door-to-door delivery service. This means that the shipment is delivered to an address, not an individual.
A delivery is considered complete as soon as the parcel is handed to an individual at your specified delivery address. This also applies when the package has been handed over by the courier, as indicated in the courier’s tracking system.
We understand how important it is to you that you receive your garment quickly and easily. We are constantly looking for ways to improve this experience for you. We always aim to deliver within the given time frames, but can’t always guarantee it.
If we are unable to deliver any part of the products on time or we are unable to deliver the products for any reason which is not within our control, then the time for delivery will be extended for a reasonable time after the cause of the delay has ceased. If this is the case, we’ll do our best to let you know.
